I have been working out for several years, but not really had much luck with muscle gain progress, which resulted in me feeling progressively frustrated and disillusioned with the whole “exercising” process. I realised I desperately needed some direction and advice with my exercise regime in order to continue, develop and see real results.
My initial discussion with Toni was very relaxed. We talked about my personal goals, diet and current exercise regime, before considering the equipment and space I had available at home, and my current lifestyle commitments which would impact on any training plan.
Shortly after our first meeting, a detailed yet easy to follow personalised plan was sent by Toni. She regularly checked in to see how I was getting on and adjusted the programme based on my progress and any issues I was having. This helped keep my motivation high to follow the plan.
After a month of following the routine, I am happy with the progress I have made. Not only have my measurements increased, by I have received positive remarks on my progress from my partner and work colleagues.
I would thoroughly recommend Toni for a personal training plan, and am looking forward to entering the second month of my training. She is approachable, highly knowledgeable and been instrumental in helping me progress to where I want to be. She has adapted my programme to meet my needs and constraints as a client, and has been incredibly supportive throughout.
