What can I say other than incredible! This woman has gave me the push to get my journey started and makes it fun and challenging, gives me goals and targets and has gave me the confidence to go to the gym! Only two sessions done so far and already noticing amazing changes and feel incredible in myself. To find someone who has been through her own battles with weight and fully understands you is a rare find. 1000% recommended.

I just wanted to thank Chloe for teaming me up with Toni for my inductions. As someone who is morbidly obese it's taken a lot of courage to join a gym but Toni has been such a positive role model and inspiration. She's made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I also feel having a PT in the team that can relate with my struggles has made me believe a change is possible. I can't imagine anyone else would have made me feel excited about going to the gym. She has also gone out of her way to schedule appointments that work for me outside of her normal hours. Her dedication to the club is commendable. Thank you so much Toni x
I have been working out for several years, but not really had much luck with muscle gain progress, which resulted in me feeling progressively frustrated and disillusioned with the whole “exercising” process. I realised I desperately needed some direction and advice with my exercise regime in order to continue, develop and see real results. My initial discussion with Toni was very relaxed. We talked about my personal goals, diet and current exercise regime, before considering the equipment and space I had available at home, and my current lifestyle commitments which would impact on any training plan. Shortly after our first meeting, a detailed yet easy to follow personalised plan was sent by Toni. She regularly checked in to see how I was getting on and adjusted the programme based on my progress and any issues I was having. This helped keep my motivation high to follow the plan. After a month of following the routine, I am happy with the progress I have made. Not only have my measurements increased, by I have received positive remarks on my progress from my partner and work colleagues. I would thoroughly recommend Toni for a personal training plan, and am looking forward to entering the second month of my training. She is approachable, highly knowledgeable and been instrumental in helping me progress to where I want to be. She has adapted my programme to meet my needs and constraints as a client, and has been incredibly supportive throughout.
